FAQs

CANCELLATION POLICY AND TERMS & CONDITIONS

Q: What is your Cancellation Policy?

A: Ticket sales are final and non-refundable (including in instances where transport links are delayed/cancelled). Tickets are only valid for the class date they were purchased for. We do not facilitate ticket reschedules under any circumstances.

Our Gift Cards are non-refundable and we are not in any way responsible in the instance that the automated email with the Gift Code sent to the recipient of the voucher, is deleted or lost by the recipient. Paw Pal Yoga has no legal obligation to provide a replacement Gift Voucher as recipients alone are responsible for the safe-keeping of emails containing their Gift Voucher codes.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have entered their correct email address at check-out. Paw Pal Yoga is not in any way responsible if there is a barrier to and issue with communicating with the customer as a result of the customer failing to enter their correct email address at check-out.

We reserve the right to deny ticket-holder/s entry to class and/or cancel your order at our discretion.

Q: What is your Late Policy?

A: Please arrive at the start of your class time and be mindful that we do not admit late-comers into our classes, as this disrupts the flow of our sessions. We have studio capacity limits and do not exceed this for health & safety reasons, therefore we are unable to have late-comers who have missed their scheduled class, be admitted into any later sessions.

GENERAL FAQ’s:

Q: How can we contact you?

A: The best way to get in touch regarding an existing booking is to send us an email at: bookings@pawpalyoga.co.uk. Please do not DM us on social media as due to the high volume of messages we get, we are unable to see the messages we receive on our social media platforms.

Q: Where are classes held?

A: Classes are held in secret locations in Central London, within Zones 1 and 2. Ticket-holders are made aware of our exact location via email 3/4 days before our event, to allow appropriate journey-planning.

Q: What is the age limit for Puppy Yoga?

A: Our classes are open to those aged 7+. If you are a child under the age of 18, we require you to be accompanied by an adult. All attendees are required to have a valid ticket to attend our class.

Q: The breed has changed - can I get a refund?

At Paw Pal Yoga we hardly ever switch the breed joining us at class. However, if, in the unusual instance our Paw-Pals are unwell, as an ethical pet yoga company we shall be prioritising their health and safety above all else. Therefore another litter of a different breed will join us at class.

If for any other reason, a particular litter is unable to join us, we will ensure that your scheduled class goes ahead with the pet of your choice (e.g. if you were booked in for puppy yoga with German Shepherds for instance, we will ensure you get to attend a puppy yoga class on the same day, however the breed will be different).

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or reschedules where the breed has changed, due to the way our classes are planned and structured.

Q: I’ve made a booking and want to know if it’s possible to swap to a class that is taking place at a different time/date?

A: Unfortunately, due to the way that our classes are planned and structured, it is not possible to accommodate a change in class dates/times.

We advise that if you are planning to attend a class with friends and family and are booking tickets separately, that all ticket-holders check the dates and times of the class they are purchasing tickets for and ensure that this is for the same date and time as those purchased by their friends/family who the intend to do the class with.

Q: I’ve tested positive for Coronavirus and cannot attend my class. What happens to my ticket?

A: In the interest of protecting out community, we strongly recommend against attending our class if you have tested positive for Covid-19. While we do not offer refunds, we do allow ticket-holders who have contracted Covid-19 to re-sell their tickets before their scheduled class, to others. In instances like this, we ask that you please email in: info@pawpalyoga.co.uk to provide us with the name and email address of the person to whom you have sold your ticket, so that they can be added to our booking system.

ABOUT OUR PAW-PALS

Q: Where do the puppies from Puppy Yoga come from?

A: The puppies (and kittens and bunnies too), come from a reputable and licensed breeder that we work with, who has gone through a selection process and passed stringent checks in order to be allowed to work with us.

The assurance we provide at Paw Pal Yoga is that any pet that joins us at class has been ethically bred because the health and happiness of pets are of utmost importance to us, before anything else.

Q: Do the pets get to rest between the classes?

A: As many of you will have noticed, during some of our classes we have a few sleeping pets. This is because pets are living, breathing animals that require rest, just like any other being. In the interest of their wellbeing, we allow our Paw-Pals to rest as much as they want in our classes.
