Our Paw-Pals

Each session, we host different classes with either puppies, kittens or bunnies.

Our ethos centres around providing a haven of calm for both our paw pals and human attendees.

Our Classes

Our classes are taught by fully qualified and trained yoga instructors who create a relaxing and stress-free environment in which you can enjoy our gentle yoga sessions. Our teachers bring their own individual flair and years of experience to our sessions and our classes are open to all – whether you are a complete beginner or have practised yoga for years.

———-

Classes include a physical warm-up, breathing techniques, yoga postures, stretching the muscles and releasing tension.

Our one-hour sessions are split into 30 minutes of yoga and 30 minutes of play-time with our paw-pals.

 The Benefits

  • Socialisation

It is important for all of our paw-pals to socialise in the early stages of their lives.

Our classes give young litters of puppies, kittens and bunnies the opportunity to interact and familiarise themselves to humans. This serves to boost their confidence and teaches them how to behave in social settings.

  • Serenity

Serenity and safety go hand in hand…

You can enjoy our sessions rest assured that we only work with reputable breeders and owners who have the highest standards of care. All of our paw-pals have been vet-checked and are healthy, meaning that they get to enjoy the sessions as much as you do.

  • Smiles

As for the benefits for humans?

An hour practicing yoga surrounded by furry friends guarantees that you’ll walk away with big smiles on your faces, leaving our classes lighter and refreshed.

  Studio Health & Safety

The health and wellbeing of our attendees remains our top priority. In line with Government guidance we have taken the following measures to ensure the safety of our team and community:

  • Everyone must wear a face mask when entering the building and attending communal areas

  • Arrive at the allocated arrival time and not before. Early arrivals will have to wait outside

  • Food and drink are not permitted in studios – just bottled water, which is not to be shared

  • You are advised to use hand sanitiser from the dispenser regularly throughout your time with us

  • There are cleaning products available in each studio – please them as and when needed to clean any surfaces that you touch and ensure that you dispose of tissues/wet wipes correctly in the bin

If anyone in the booking has Covid-19 symptoms, you will be asked to leave and you will not be eligible for a refund.

In the interest of your own health and safety we ask that you please do not attend our classes if you have allergies to pets (puppies, kittens and bunnies).

Yoga mats are available, however it is recommended that you bring your own. If you decide to use our mats, you confirm you understand you are doing so at your own risk in light of Covid-19. It is also your responsibility to clean the mat before and after use if you have not witnessed staff cleaning it.
